The following terms and conditions apply to all products you have purchased from us.

Interpretation
Capitalized words have the meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Society (referred to in this Agreement as "Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Version2 jdoo, Novigradska 21, 23000 Zadar.
- Goods refers to items offered for sale on the service.
- Orders mean your request to purchase goods from us.
- Service refers to the website.
- Web page refers to version 2, which can be accessed with https://version2. en/
- You means the individual who accesses or uses the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that person accesses or uses the Service, as applicable.
Your rights to cancel an order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving a reason unless the order has already been shipped.
In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement. You can notify us of your decision via:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order and you will not incur any fees for such a return.
Conditions for return
In order for the goods to be eligible for return, please check the following:
- The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Delivery of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Delivery of Goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, perish quickly or have expired.
- Delivery of goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.
- Delivery of Goods which, after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Refunds can only be made for regular priced items. Unfortunately, it is not possible to issue a refund for goods on sale. This exclusion may not apply to you unless permitted by applicable law.
Returns
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in a return shipment. We therefore recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of receipt of return delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After we receive the returned product, the gift certificate will be sent to you by post.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift when they were purchased or the giver sent the order to themselves in order to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the giver.
