Cancel a contract

Use this form to cancel a contract you concluded with us. Send it and the cancellation takes effect immediately. We confirm it in writing by email straight away.

You may cancel within 14 days without giving a reason. Some contracts are exempt, for example a personalised card already in production, or a service you asked us to complete and we then completed in full. Sending this form is free, and we will tell you honestly if an exemption applies to yours.
