Cancel a contract

If you're a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days without giving a reason. Some contracts are exempt, for example a personalised card already in production, or a service you asked us to complete and we then completed in full. A monthly care plan can be cancelled at any time: it ends at the end of the month you've already paid for, and that month isn't refunded unless consumer law says otherwise. Sending this form is free, and we will tell you honestly if an exemption applies to yours.
