Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. These plans kick in after.
Where a plan’s monthly price sits in its range follows the size of your project, set by the same answers as your quote.
Change requests
A change request is work on your live site that you ask us for.
New opening hours on the contact page, a replaced photo or a form that stopped sending are all change requests. You send them the way you already reach us, and the time we spend on them counts toward your plan’s support hours.
Content updates and bug fixes are part of Standard.

Monitoring
You see what the last check found, and when it ran.
Uptime monitoring checks a site at regular intervals and records what it finds. A status is always that reading, with the time it was taken.

Choosing a plan
You choose a plan in the quote for your project.
The quote has a support and maintenance step with these plans. For a starter or one-page website, even Basic can be more care than the site needs, and looking after the site yourself after the first 30 days is a reasonable choice.
