How we charge
- Final figures. We are not in the VAT system, so nothing is added on top.
- Project work is paid once. Anything monthly is quoted on its own.
- Order a quote and the price holds for 14 days.

How does pricing work?
Every project is quoted based on scope. A few questions about what you need turn into an exact quote in a couple of minutes, and you can order it online right away or take it with you by email. If the kickoff call surfaces different needs, we re-quote before any work starts.
What does a project start at?
A one-page site starts at €500, and everything else from €1,200 up. Those are entry points, not averages: your actual scope is priced exactly, and the number you are quoted is the number you pay.
What does AI work cost?
A one-week AI discovery is €490 and ends in a written verdict on whether to build, and the fee is credited against any AI build that follows. Training starts at €690 for a two-hour briefing, an AI integration of one workflow at €1,900, and an AI agent that takes one job end to end at €3,300, plus €190 a month for agent care.
Do I pay everything upfront?
No. Orders up to €800 are settled in a single payment. Larger projects start with a 20% deposit (minimum €200) that locks your quote and your place in the build queue. The rest is billed in milestone payments as parts of your project go live, and the final balance is due at launch, after you approve the result. Every payment runs through Stripe and you receive written confirmation immediately. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
What's included in every project?
Responsive design, basic SEO, a contact form with email notifications, analytics setup, an SSL certificate, cross-browser testing, and 30 days of post-launch support.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We agree on scope and a clear quote upfront, and anything outside that scope is discussed and approved before it's added.
How many revisions do I get?
Standard projects include two rounds of design revisions. Larger projects can include more, as set out in your proposal.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support, and we offer ongoing maintenance plans if you'd like us to keep your site updated and monitored.
