Anyone planning a house on Vir can see what Riva has worked on and ask about the step they're at.

Riva Consulting designs, builds and looks after houses on the island of Vir. The work runs from analysing a plot and preparing the drawings for a building permit, through advice on costs, paperwork and technical questions before anything is built, to construction, renovation, site supervision and the care of a finished house. Whoever gets in touch is usually standing at one of those steps.

So each service has a page of its own, saying what it covers, how the work goes and what to have ready for the first conversation. The enquiry form at the end of each page already knows which service it came from and asks where the plot or the house is and what's planned, which is what Riva needs before it can give a proper answer.

Riva's own photographs and drawings carry the site. The gallery holds three bodies of work, each set out for what it is: finished houses as a mosaic, the drawing sheets whole on white so no line is cut away, and the building site as a contact sheet. Every picture can be seen full screen, and each has its own description, so it reads just as well to someone using a screen reader.

The firm's logo and its gold-on-dark colours stayed as they were. The rest of the look comes from Riva's trade: fine construction lines, numbered grid markers like the ones on a plan, and on the homepage a house that gold lines draw first, before its photograph appears.

Some owners spend only part of the year on Vir. Property care has a page for them: regular visits, small repairs, looking after the garden and arranging the services a house needs, with plain answers to the questions owners ask first, starting with whether it works for someone who's only there now and then.

Enquiries arrive in the inbox Riva already reads, and every page stays readable on a slow connection or with JavaScript switched off. The new site has been live since September 2026 and replaced the one we built for Riva in 2023. We wrote the copy, designed and developed the site, and host it.
