Villa Sportiva is a holiday villa in Zadar with a private pool that's heated through the season, a fitness room, billiards and darts, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It's listed on Booking.com and Airbnb, and its own website presents the whole house under its own name.

The kitchen, the heated pool and the fitness room each get room of their own on the site, because those are the details a family compares when choosing between villas. The address leads to a map, so a guest can see where the villa sits before asking anything.

The site sits beside the two booking platforms and links to both listings. A guest who found the villa on either can write to the owners directly, with arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and children and a message, so the owners have what they need to answer. Phone and e-mail sit right beside the form for anyone who'd rather call.

The site is there for the question. Availability, price and the stay itself are agreed with the owners, and anyone who'd rather book through a platform has both links close at hand.

The gallery goes room by room, from the outside and the living room to the fitness room, the entrance hall and each of the rooms, so a guest can look at the room they'd actually stay in. The whole site is a single page, which suits a single house, since everything a guest weighs before writing sits in one place.

Both languages carry the whole page, so a guest from abroad and a guest from Croatia get the same information. The site has been live since July 2024. We wrote the copy in English and Croatian, designed and built it, and host it.
