The owners are somewhere else, and that is the whole problem

Anigo Property Care looks after houses and apartments along the Zadar coast for owners who are mostly not there. Many of them are in Germany, Italy, Austria, or up in Zagreb. That audience has to trust a caretaker they have never met with the keys to a home hundreds of kilometres away, and no amount of design makes that an easy decision.

The client wanted something deliberately simple. One clear page that shows the work, the services and the packages, easy to approach, easy to understand, and shaped as a funnel. Not a site to get lost in.

One page, because the decision is one decision

Everything lives on one page, in the order a hesitant owner asks for it. Who are you, what do you do, where do you do it, what does it cost, how do I start. Anchor navigation across services, process, area, FAQ and contact means the answer to any one of those is one link away, and a request-a-quote call sits at the top and repeats down the page, so the next step is never out of reach.

The three packages are laid out plainly, from a monthly visit through seasonal care to weekly full care with the keys. A four-step process section makes an abstract service concrete: getting to know the property, a visit plan, regular oversight with reports, and fast response when something goes wrong.

Reassurance designed in rather than promised

The things that settle an absentee owner are structural, not decorative. Photo reports after every visit. A service-area map that marks exactly where Anigo works, from Posedarje out to the islands by arrangement. A same-day reply promise. A gallery of real properties from the team's own visits.

It runs in Croatian, English and German with proper hreflang, so an owner in Munich or Milan lands in their own language, and the site is marked up as a local service business with an FAQ. Enquiries arrive by email and collect in a back office alongside basic analytics.
