Visio Morlacca is Andi Marković's project to show the Zadar hinterland as more than a postcard. Guided storytelling through the places tourism skips: Obrovac on the edge of two worlds, Kruševo as a source of life, Novigrad the queen in chains, Benkovac the heart of the hinterland.

He did not arrive with a vague idea. He arrived with the thing planned in detail, chapter by chapter, and what he needed was someone to build it and then leave him in control of it.

Each destination is a chapter with its own literary subtitle, sitting beside the ethno-photography and a diary that keeps the project alive between seasons. The typography and the pacing follow the storytelling rather than competing with it: a serif voice for the heritage, restraint everywhere else, so the places and the writing carry the page.

Underneath is a content system that is genuinely his. Tours, contact details, the diary, the analytics: he adds a destination or reprices a tour without booking our time, which for a one-person operation is the difference between a website and a liability.

Too new for claims about what it has achieved, and we would rather say that than dress up a number. What is certain is the shape of it: a storyteller with a site that matches his material, edited by him, hosted by us.
