Passengers can work out the fare, find their route and book the ride in their own language.

Ted Transfer offers taxi rides around Zagreb, airport transfers and longer trips across Croatia and into Slovenia, Austria, Italy and Hungary. Someone ordering a taxi usually wants a rough idea of the cost first, and a phone number on its own leaves them guessing until somebody answers.

The tariffs are published in full, and the fare calculator turns a distance and a time of day into a figure, marked plainly as an estimate based on the meter. When the figure looks right, the order goes out as a WhatsApp message with the tariff and the distance already written in, so the company sees exactly what the customer saw.

A traveller landing in Zagreb and heading on to Ljubljana tends to search for that exact trip, quite possibly in English or German. Twelve routes and the airport transfer each have a page of their own, with the distance, the usual drive time, how the price is worked out and how to arrange the ride.

The Croatian, English and German versions each have their own addresses and their own wording. Someone searching in German reads a page that was written in German, and can book from it straight away.

A taxi needed now and a transfer for next week are different requests. For the first, a call, WhatsApp or Viber is always within reach on a phone. For the second, the booking form asks for what a driver needs to know: pickup, destination, date and time, passengers and luggage.

Each written booking is stored before it's emailed, then sent from Ted Transfer's own address with a confirmation to the customer. If an email fails, it's sent again automatically, and by then the booking is already saved. A reply from the company goes straight to the person who booked.

The site has been live since September 2026 and replaced an older one. We wrote the copy in all three languages, designed and developed the site and its booking system, and host it.
