A pair of villas, and a commission on every night

Villa Nadja and Villa Tamaris stand next to each other in Bibinje near Zadar. Nearly identical, a private pool each, room for eight. Before this the owners existed online as a Booking.com listing and nothing else: no address of their own, no direct line to a guest, and a cut taken from every stay.

They wanted one page that treats the two houses as what they are, a pair, and gives guests a way to book with the people who actually own them.

One brand out of two houses

The homepage splits down the middle, Nadja on one side and Tamaris on the other, and the visitor picks a house before anything else happens. Treating them as one brand was the owners' idea. The split screen is how it became the thing you remember about the site.

Each house then gets a full page of its own: the gallery, the amenities as something scannable, the map, the house rules, the questions guests always ask, and the enquiry built into the page so nobody has to go looking for it.

Manual by choice, synchronised when they want it

Reservations run as enquiries on purpose, because the owners also work with agencies and want every booking to pass through their hands. But the calendar synchronisation with Booking, Airbnb and the rest is built and sitting there, ready to switch on the day their setup changes. The capability is delivered, and which mode they run is theirs to decide.

A back office covers content changes, enquiries in one place, and visitor statistics. An attractions page answers what guests do while they are here, and picks up the destination searches a bare listing never could.

Live since October 2025

The owners now take considerably more direct bookings than they did before the site, alongside the channels they still use. Two houses next to each other read as one brand that was chosen, rather than two listings that were scrolled past.
